We managed a little sunshine this morning, ending our long stretch of sunless days in Minnesota. Good news is more widespread sunshine is on tap for Sunday. Tonight, temperatures will be mild in the lower 30s with partly cloudy skies. Winds will be breezy out of the southwest at 10-20 mph.
Break out the sunglasses and enjoy the mild weather on this Super Bowl Sunday. The region will get to bask in mostly to partly sunny skies with highs in the upper 30s to lower 40s. Winds will once again be breezy, out of the west at 10-15 mph. Mild temperatures last into Monday with highs in the lower 30s with partly sunny skies.
A cool down is on the way for the midweek with afternoon highs only looking to manage the mid to upper teens on Tuesday and Wednesday. Skies will also see more clouds than sun during this time. Temperatures become more seasonal in the low to mid 20s by the late week with a few chances for snow showers.
