50 Cent faced plenty of criticism earlier this week after he endorsed President Donald Trump for reelection. The mogul is now backtracking on his previous stance and saying he “never liked” the politician.
The rapper shared a video of his ex-girlfriend Chelsea Handler’s appearance on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” on Saturday (Oct. 24), in which she spoke about her ex’s support for the president. The comedian has chimed in on 50 supporting Trump after he said he wouldn’t want to pay more taxes if Joe Biden were to be elected president, and even volunteered to pay her ex’s taxes.
“You heard about my ex-boyfriend, right? And his support of Donald Trump? He says he doesn’t want to pay 62% of taxes, which by the way isn’t a plan of Biden’s. That’s a lie,” she said during the Fallon interview. “He shouldn’t be influencing an entire swath of people who may listen to him because he’s worried about his own personal pocketbook. So I haven’t heard back from him yet, but I am willing to, you know, seal the deal in more ways than one if he changes his mind and publicly denounces Donald Trump. I might be willing to go for another spin, if you know what I’m talking about.
The “Power” producer shared the clip on his social media and wrote: “A what, another spin Fu*k Donald Trump, I never liked him. for all I know he had me set up and had my friend Angel Fernandez killed but that’s history. LOL.”
The emcee has been under fire since he shared a post on Instagram earlier this week of Biden’s alleged tax plan once he is elected. He shared a screenshot of the presidential hopeful’s proposed tax rates for the states of California, New Jersey and New York. The list also included tax rates for New York City. CNBC reported that under Biden’s new plan, he will tax “federal and state tax rates of 62%” to people who earn over $400,000 or more per year in New York and California. People who make under that yearly, however, would receive tax cuts under the plan.
“ WHAT THE F-CK! (VOTE ForTRUMP) IM OUT, ♂️ F—K NEW YORK The KNICKS never win anyway. ♂️I don’t care Trump doesn’t like black people 62% are you out of ya f-cking mind. ,” 50 wrote at the time. He later doubled down on his comments on Instagram and said he would leave if Biden wins, writing: “I’m packing my bags everybody that has money is gonna move.”
Hey fucker! I will pay your taxes in exchange for you coming to your senses. Happily! Black lives matter. That’s you, fucker! Remember? https://t.co/uQsu7DHrRQ

50’s initial post was flagged by Instagram with a note saying that it was missing context since the graphic only shows what the tax rates for high-income earners, not for all taxpayers.
