BLUE ROCK, OH – A local tree farm is open and ready for the holiday season.
Circle KD Tree Farm has over 20,000 trees of various sizes and breeds on their 70 acres.
Katie Imlay, the Owner of the Circle KD Tree Farm, said that their business is a family affair.
“This is all family owned and operated.” Imlay said. “My husband has been the owner of Imlay Florist for his whole life and it’s been in business for 182 years. They originally started out as a nursery in New Concord. But with the creation of the tree farm, Dave’s family has really come full circle.”
Circle KD also has a gift shop with locally made honey, candles and other products.
For those who are newly engaged or trying to find a venue, Circle KD has a venue that is open from June until October
Imlay said when you come to the Tree Farm, you will make lasting memories.
“Between our children and grandchildren being involved here, it’s our way of welcoming you as a family whenever you come out to get your tree.” Imlay said. “You create memories, it’s not all about the tree. Most people aren’t going to remember last year’s tree, what they will remember is the fun they had picking it out then decorating it.”
Circle KD Tree Farm is open Friday through Sunday from 9 AM till dusk.
They are located at 6500 Shaver Rd, Blue Rock, if you’d like to stop and see their selection of trees.
