And one gift set that we have got our eye on is the Ghost Relax Into The Night Pamper Gift Set that has been slashed by £34 in the retailer's 1/2 price on selected fragrance gift sets offer. Perfect for perfume lovers, the Ghost gift set is currently on offer for £34 down from £68, and is presented in a luxurious toiletries bag that is filled with two full-sized versions of the brand's best-selling fragrances as well as a travel-size perfume and two extra gifts.
The Relax Into The Night gift set features the original Ghost fragrance Eau de Toilette 30ml and the Ghost Sweetheart Eau de Toilette 30ml. It also includes a ghost eye mask, 9.5ml Ghost Deep Night Spray Pen and a Ghost Orb of Night votive candle.

The product description reads: "Unwind into the night with this indulgent self-care fragrance set that comes in a premium soft touch bag. The set features the iconic Ghost the fragrance, Lust-worthy Sweetheart fragrance and Deep Night spray pen. A luxurious Orb of Night votive candle and soft eye mask invoking your sense of relaxation."
The two standout products in the gift set are the Ghost Eau De Toilette spray and the Ghost Sweetheart Eau De Toilette spray, both 30ml, which retail at £40 (for a 50ml bottle) but are currently £20 as part of Boots' Up to Half Price sale on fragrance.
Launched in 2000, Ghost has become a cult classic, being a staple on many women's vanity as a feminine, everyday scent. The top notes of the fragrance is the fresh ambrette seeds and rose, coupled with hearty middle notes of jasmine, hibiscus and apricots. The main base notes of vanilla, musk and sandalwood give a deeper foundation to the iconic fragrance.
The perfume has a glowing average review of 4.7 stars out of five on the Boots website. One reviewer said: "I’ve been wearing this perfume for years and I always come back to repurchase- it is a scent that’s not too overpowering- hints of rose I believe? Nonetheless it is a beautiful fresh and floral long lasting perfume. The price point is another given bonus."
Another wrote: "I love this perfume. It’s not too strong and it lasts all day. Can be worn day or night. Not expensive at all. Been wearing it for years and always get nice comments."
A third penned: "This fragrance was first introduced to me as a young child. It was a fragrance my mother always wore and too this day she still does. Its a sweet smelling fragrance that isn't too overpowering. Its suits a huge age range from teens to older ladies and it is always a favourite in my family.
"I much prefer this fragrance to many other designer brands. Its a leaves a very nice airy type smell and it lasts all day. To me though the smell does fade throughout the day and isn't as strong as when first applied but I believe that's because I have been wearing this fragrance nearly everyday for over five years, saying that I do get compliments on the fragrance and have often been stopped to asked the fragrance so I genuinely do believe I have just gone 'nose blind' to the scent. But one shopper gave the perfume a two-star rating because the scent was 'too sweet'. The reviewer said: "Nice price but way too sweet for my taste. If you like sweeter perfumes then you should give this a whirl."
However anther person gave the perfume a full five out of five stars and said: "Love this fragrance, have used it for years. It is my favourite light fragrance, perfect for work or summer days. Yet can still be worn in the evening particularly warm summer evenings.
"I just wish they would make an Eau de Parfum which would probably let the scent last a bit longer on your skin, not too expensive so can easily keep a small bottle in your handbag for a quick re-fresh. Beautiful blue frosted bottle, looks great on your dressing table or bathroom shelf."
At a similar price point, you could pick up the Ariana Grande Cloud 30ml gift set or the Thank U Next 30ml gift set both available for £35. Or slightly more expensive is the Marc Jacob's Daisy perfume which is currently on sale for £42 down from £70.
