Tristan Thompson allegedly wanted Maralee Nichols to get an abortion - Page Six

Tristan Thompson wanted his alleged baby mama, personal trainer Maralee Nichols, to get an abortion after finding out she was pregnant, according to court docs.

Nichols via her attorney filed a legal request to submit text messages purportedly sent between her and Thompson as evidence for her paternity lawsuit against him, and in the request, obtained by Page Six, she claims he wanted her to terminate the pregnancy.

“It is also apparent from the context and substance of these communications that they are from Tristan to Maralee, which reflects that Tristan is addressing the parties’ relationship, and even with respect to her pregnancy insisting that she get an abortion and threatening that she will get next to nothing with lesser support requirements in Texas,” the documents read.

The document notes that Thompson denied sending any of the messages but also claims “his contact information is present in the messages.”

Thompson’s alleged message to Nichols was included in court documents obtained by Page Six.

Tristan Thompson and Khloe Kardashian were still dating in March, when Maralee Nichols says her baby was conceived.

Nichols’ attorney declined to comment.

Attorneys for Thompson haven’t returned Page Six’s numerous request for comment.

Nichols, who moved from Houston to Los Angeles, is suing Thompson for child support despite the fact that her baby has yet to be born — though she is due Dec. 3. The baby was allegedly conceived on Thompson’s 30th birthday in March, when he and Khloé Kardashian were still dating.

Thompson admitted to having sex with Nichols several times at a hotel after the pair attended a party together, according to a declaration included in the filing.

He filed a request, obtained by Page Six, demanding she take a paternity test in July. As of Nov. 15, she had not taken a test, but in a subsequent filing he said he would pay child support if the child was his.
