In The Loop: Mo Gaba's lasting legacy, Trey Mancini back in the cage - Yahoo Sports

In The Loop: Mo Gaba's lasting legacy, Mancini back in the cage originally appeared on NBC Sports Washington

Here are some of the best moments going on in the sports world right now.

1. Starting off, Ravens superfan Mo Gaba will now have a street named after him: "Mo Gaba Way" will now be a street in Baltimore to honor Gaba, who made a lasting impact on the city of Baltimore. The Baltimore super fan passed away from cancer in July at 14 years old.

2. Packers running back and UTEP alum Aaron Jones rocked an El Paso Rhinos sweater to Thursday Night Football last night.

The Rhinos are a junior ice hockey team where Jones went to high school and college.

3. Finally, for the first time since being reinstated from the 60-Day Injured List to the 40-man roster, Orioles first baseman and outfielder Trey Mancini was seen taking swings in the batting cage.

Cal Ripken Jr. even weighted in on Twitter congratulating Mancini and wishing him the best.
