Cassie Randolph claims her ex-boyfriend Colton Underwood has been stalking her in a restraining order filed on Friday.
According to TMZ, who obtained the docs, Randolph, 25, reportedly alleges that Underwood, 28, has been stalking and harassing her with “unsettling” text messages and claims Colton planted a tracking device on her car.
She also alleges that the former “Bachelor” star has shown up uninvited to her Los Angeles apartment and loitered in an alley outside her bedroom window of her parent’s Huntington Beach, Calif., house at 2 a.m.
Randolph, who met Underwood during Season 23 of “The Bachelor” in 2019, also says he accused her of seeing her ex-boyfriend and that he allegedly sent anonymous texts to her and to himself “pretending to also be a victim of the anonymous stalker,” but claims that Underwood later admitted to sending the messages.
Page Six confirmed on Friday that Randolph filed for a restraining order against Underwood. A hearing has been set for Oct. 6, 2020, and the case type is domestic violence without minor children.
Colton’s rep did not immediately respond to our request for comment. Randolph’s attorney didn’t immediately get back to us.
Randolph and Underwood announced their breakup in May. At the time, she wrote that they would remain a part of each other’s lives.
“With all that we have gone through, we have a special bond that will always be there,” she wrote on social media. “I love Colton very much and have an enormous amount of respect for him. We have both learned and grown so much these past couple years, and will always have each others back. Always.”
Underwood wrote, “Sometimes people are just meant to be friends – and that’s okay.”
