The concert, founded by the music mogul, 50, in 2012, was set to take place between September 5-6 at the Benjamin Franklin Parkway in Philadelphia.
In a statement released on Wednesday, the rap mogul’s Roc Nation company confirmed the event has been rescheduled to 2021.

The entertainment agency's official message highlighted the importance of 'staying safe' amid the global COVID-19 crisis and also touched on championing racial justice.
It read: '2020 is a year like no other. We are in a pivotal time in this nation’s history. Collectively, we are fighting parallel pandemics, Covid-19, systematic racism and police brutality.
'Now is the time to protect the health of our artists, fans, partners and community as well as focus on our support for organisations and individuals fighting for social justice and equality in our country.'

Calls for change regarding police brutality towards black people, diversity in workplaces and representation in the media have been heavily discussed following the death of unarmed black man George Floyd in Minneapolis last month.
Roc Nation also said tickets for this year's festival will be valid in 2021, writing: 'Therefore, Made In America will be rescheduled for Labour Day Weekend 2021.'
'If anyone would prefer a refund, an email will be sent to request one. For any further ticket inquiries, please reach out to the point of purchase.'

Jay-Z, real name Shawn Carter, created Made In America eight years ago, with the inaugural event grossing $5 million (£3.9 million) in ticket sales and attracting nearly 80,000 attendees.
Live performances take place at the Rocky Stage, Liberty Stage, and Freedom Tent and boast sets from high-profile musicians from a wide range of genres, including hip hop, rock, and R&B.

Made in America was documented in a 2013 film by filmmaker Ron Howard, who described the project as 'a reflection of the fabric of what it means to be Made in America—what the festival represents, why Jay is doing it and how he relates to each artist.'
